Thank for your interest in TeenVoice©. As a member of TeenVoice, you --- and thousands of other teens across America -- will help shape teen life. When you send us your enrollment information, you will become part of a group of teens who will make sure that the opinions of teens are heard regarding entertainment, new products, technology, politics, and other issues that impact the lives of teens.
As a participant, you will receive points that will entitle you to select award gifts -- and you will also be entered into other sweepstakes drawings for the chance to win even more prizes.
To become a TeenVoice, fill out the form above and click the "Join TeenVoice" button. In a few days, I'll send you a quick letter that asks some questions about the things you do, your talents and your likes and dislikes. You'll also have a secret password that gives you access to a special part of the TeenVoice website. Your TeenVoice membership is private and confidential: nobody but your TeenVoice team will ever get access to your information (except when used anonymously and grouped with other teen opinions).
